Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Cost and Payment Options

Elite Club Membership: $15 a month ($180 for the year). Prices are subject to change and will be adjusted at member’s next renewal date.

Annual Payment: ($180 per year, per home)

• Due in full at enrollment.
• Does not auto-renew.
• Non-refundable if canceled before the end of the term.

Monthly Payment: ($15 per month, per home)

• One-year minimum commitment.
• Auto-drafted monthly from the card or account provided.
• After the first year, it shifts to a month-to-month plan that auto-renews until canceled.
• Early Cancellation Policy: If canceled before the first 12 months, the remaining balance of the $180 annual commitment will be charged in one lump sum.

2. Membership Auto-Renewal

Annual Memberships do not auto-renew. Members will need to manually re-enroll each year.

Monthly Memberships auto-renew each month after the one-year minimum commitment is met.

A reminder email will be sent 30 days before renewal to the primary email on file.

3. Inspection Scheduling & Timing

Admirable Air will contact members via email, text, or phone to schedule inspections. Three attempts will be made. If unresponsive, the member forfeits that season’s inspection unless alternative scheduling is available.

Spring Inspections will typically be scheduled March – May (initiated when outdoor temps are 65°F and above).

Fall Inspections will typically be scheduled October – December (initiated when outdoor temps are 65°F and below).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All payments (annual and monthly) are non-refundable.

Annual Members: If canceled before the full year is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Monthly Members: If canceled before the first 12 months, the remaining balance of the $180 commitment will be charged in one lump sum.

After cancellation, memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Changes to Membership and Services

Admirable Air reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Elite Club Membership, including benefits and pricing, at any time. Changes will not affect current members until their renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Admirable Air is committed to providing high-quality service, we are not liable for unexpected system failures, damages, or losses beyond our control.

7. Indemnification

By enrolling in the Elite Club Membership, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Admirable Air, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your HVAC system’s performance.
