They were extremely responsive throughout the process, they were honest about why we were having problems and gave us more than 1 option to help fix it. Ultimately we ended up replacing our unit and bringing it up half a ton to meet the needs of the house and what a difference it has made! Daniel was a very nice and knowledgeable person to deal with. We were wanting our air ducts replaced because we thought they were faulty. Every contractor that looked at it quoted replacement cost only. Daniel got in the attic and diagnosed the problem as not having a big enough return air and we also needed a bigger duct going to the master bath because our bathroom was always hot. No one else even suggested a bigger duct for that room. He also found that the boots weren’t sealed properly, hence we were getting a lot of dust in the air and attached to the ceiling. We are scheduled for our service next week and I am so glad I found them on Graham Estates Neighborhood.

This company is honest, helpful, and efficient. He installed an entire new AC system and improved our duct work at a reasonable price. You can expect to receive good communication, and a price estimate that in the best interest of the customer.

Wow! We are so grateful for the professional, quick work! Daniel is such a nice man to work with. He understood what our needs were and advised if something wasn’t necessary to do, which we appreciated also. He explained everything, and let us ask all the questions we wanted and gladly explained in detail. They cleaned up after the work, which is another big plus!!
