Daniel helped us diagnose an issue we had with our master bedroom not cooling as well as the rest of the house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We talked through a plan to resolve the issue and he gave an estimate. After the work was finished, the issue is resolved and the cost was as estimated. Overall a very positive and professional experience. I even learned a few things. I highly recommend Admirable Air and will consult them for any future AC needs.

The owner, Daniel, operated with the highest levels of honesty and integrity throughout the entire service process. He also kept me informed every step of the way; offered quantified options; and got to the source of the air-conditioning issue quickly. Prior to Daniel coming out, I had two other companies tell me that I needed to replace the system. One of these companies was a big box retailer that starts with an M, and the other was a smaller company that failed to follow through as promised. The bottom line is that both of these companies were going to charge me to replace the system, yet Daniel found that my system only needed proper care and servicing, and that system replacement wasn’t necessary at all. At the end of the day Daniel offered a fair price that is competitive within industry standards, and earned my trust for repeat business and servicing in the future.

Daniel was a very nice and knowledgeable person to deal with. We were wanting our air ducts replaced because we thought they were faulty. Every contractor that looked at it quoted replacement cost only. Daniel got in the attic and diagnosed the problem as not having a big enough return air and we also needed a bigger duct going to the master bath because our bathroom was always hot. No one else even suggested a bigger duct for that room. He also found that the boots weren’t sealed properly, hence we were getting a lot of dust in the air and attached to the ceiling. We are scheduled for our service next week and I am so glad I found them on Graham Estates Neighborhood.

Daniel went the extra mile to take care of us when our HVAC coil froze and started leaking. He spent hours thawing it out and finding a way to fix the issue as economically as possible. He is very knowledgeable and applied tremendous attention to detail to our repair. Highly, highly recommended.
