I am in tears (happy and thankful) as I type up this review. My family and I had been without air condition in our home for three weeks! We’ve all been sick from trying to live with fans and the hope that it would soon truly transition to the fall season. I reached out to Admirable Air last week and they got me scheduled the same day! My drip pan was catching water and he knew exactly what to do. Daniel had top notch customer service and was super friendly. AC is running like a top now and the drip pan is empty. Thanks! This probably saved me thousands from water damage in the attic. The owner, Daniel, operated with the highest levels of honesty and integrity throughout the entire service process. He also kept me informed every step of the way; offered quantified options; and got to the source of the air-conditioning issue quickly. Prior to Daniel coming out, I had two other companies tell me that I needed to replace the system. One of these companies was a big box retailer that starts with an M, and the other was a smaller company that failed to follow through as promised. The bottom line is that both of these companies were going to charge me to replace the system, yet Daniel found that my system only needed proper care and servicing, and that system replacement wasn’t necessary at all. At the end of the day Daniel offered a fair price that is competitive within industry standards, and earned my trust for repeat business and servicing in the future.
